Accomdation near Nami Island |
According to the brochure, there's accommodation at/nearby Nami Island. We haven't tried it before since the area is too outskirt, hence the place will be quiet once it is dark.
It is better for us to stay in Seoul City instead and waste no time for more shopping :)
Nevertheless, we did not rent any accommodation or bikes in Nami.
But we're lucky enough to find an un-used, unknown owner of a bike.. So we took a picture with it instead.. Free Bike-Photography :)

Overall, today is totally another fruitful day !
Love all the scenery that we took today!
Petite France & Nami Island is a must go for great scenery photography !
Hi may i know what is the difference between Gapyeong Terminal & Gapyeong Station Terminal? And the what is the dfiference between Cheongpyeong Terminal and Cheongpyeong Station? Thanks!
ReplyDeleteGapyeong Terminal is bus station, Gapyeong Station is their MRT. Same goes to Cheongpyeong Terminal & Station.. One is for Bus, and another is for MRT :)
DeleteHey. Your itineraries is interesting! I just wondering if there are 2 type of shuttle bus you mention above and from petite france post? 1 is the gapyeong terminal to morning calm arboretum and vice versa, and another 1 is the shuttle bus from insadong/jamsil to nami island and vice versa?
ReplyDeletehi Fj,
DeleteThank for dropping by and great that my itineary helps !
Erm..i think the shuttle bus frm insadong/jamsil to nami island is differet from the one in gapyeong..cz the gapyeong is only go according to the route as i post in http://jayyden84.blogspot.com/2013/06/seoul-day-5-petite-france.html. U can check the bus route there.. :")
Hi! Going to Korea next week and your posts are very helpful! Am worried though cos it will be start of winter then and I'm a tropical girl lol. How many layers did you wear? Did you buy wool and fleece?
ReplyDeleteHi there, you got a very clear and nice blog to share. Just would like to ask your opinion. Which itinerary is better? Go to Nami first then continue to Petite France or visa versa? Based on your experience, which place will need more times to spend?
ReplyDeleteHi..
DeleteThanks for dropping by here.
Glad that my blog can help :")
Petite France is a small place.. But it has simply games for u to play. There's a game whereby u need to find the cop in different place to get a special gift. The cop is very cute & special. U can spend at least 2 hrs there. Meanwhile in nami, u can cycle, walk, have a nice coffee there.. It has beautiful scenery, so I will advise u to go to petite France, then nami island.. Cz there's a nearby (by taxi or bus) nearer from nami island. So it'll be just nice :")
from petite France to name taking city tour bus, where to wait for the bus? Bus stop opposite the entrance or same direction as the entrance? Where should we board the bus back to gapyeong station?
ReplyDeleteHi peillian
DeleteThank q very much for dropping by.
It will be the same direction.
But I can double check with the driver.
As for the bus back to gapyeong,it is near the the convenience store..U can check with the locals there too.:)
